PEE WEE & YOUTH REGISTRATION INFORMATION Registration is taken on a first serve basis and can be done online or in person at all Community Centers. Registration fee includes a program shirt and award. Program registration will not be accepted without ALL required information. Late registration is subject to a $10 non-refundable fee. PEE WEE & YOUTH PARENT GUIDES Parent guides will be emailed and published online at TeamSideline.com/Sites/Fontana the Friday before every program start date by 12pm. Parent Guides will provide team rosters, practice and game schedules, and all pertinent program information. Do not wait for a call from the City of Fontana.
