BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU This is a grappling-based martial art rooted in Judo, focused on takedowns, control, and submissions. Students will apply techniques through drilling and sparring. Uniform is strongly encouraged for safety and can be purchased with the instructor. Instructor: John P. Kvenbo
