PEE WEE & YOUTH REGISTRATION Registration is first-come, first-served and available online or in person at all Community Centers. The fee covers a program shirt and award. All required information must be submitted at registration. Incomplete registrations will not be accepted. Late registrations incur a $10 non-refundable fee.

Parent Guides will provide team rosters, practice and game schedules, and all pertinent program information. Do not wait for a call from the City of Fontana.
