HOUSING COMMUNITY NEEDS SURVEY Your voice matters! The City of Fontana wants to know what issues are important to our Community. The City’s is developing its 5-year plan to determine how future Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds will be spent. Respond to this Community Needs survey and make your voice heard.
