XTREME HIP HOP Xtreme Hip Hop is a remake of traditional step aerobics with high energy toning and cardio. Burn calories while listening to great music.

LINE DANCING An introductory class covering the basics of line dancing in a fun social fitness environment. Intermediate line dancing encourages further development to broaden skills.
